Music therapy sessions (live or recorded)
Therapeutic sound and music experiences
Guided audio programs and digital downloads
Educational or wellbeing-focused content
Membership or subscription-based access
3.2 Services may be delivered:
online (audio/video/digital platforms), or
in another format expressly described at the point of purchase.
3.3 All services are non-medical, non-diagnostic, and non-prescriptive.
4.1 Music Therapy Hub does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4.2 Our services are intended for:
relaxation,
emotional wellbeing,
self-reflection,
personal development.
4.3 Our services are not a substitute for:
medical treatment,
psychological therapy, or
professional healthcare advice.
4.4 If you have a medical or mental health condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our services.
You agree that:
5.1 You are responsible for your own wellbeing and reactions when engaging with music or sound-based content.
5.2 You will not use our services while driving or performing activities requiring full attention.
5.3 You will provide accurate information when booking services or creating accounts.
5.4 You will not share, resell, or redistribute paid content without permission.
6.1 PricingPrices are displayed on the website or confirmed at checkout.
6.2 PaymentPayment is required in advance unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (as stated).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6.4 Late or Failed PaymentsWe reserve the right to suspend access to services if payment fails.
7.1 Digital content is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
7.2 Access may be time-limited or ongoing, as specified at purchase.
7.3 We may update, modify, or remove content at any time.
8.1 Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once access or download has begun, unless required by law.
8.2 Sessions
Cancellation terms will be stated at booking.
Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9.1 All content, including:
audio recordings,
music compositions,
text, visuals, branding, and materials
remains the intellectual property of Music Therapy Hub unless stated otherwise.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
10.1 Any personal information shared during sessions is treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations.
10.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with:

11.1 Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
11.2 We do not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, or wellbeing outcomes.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses,
total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
11.4 Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12.1 We may suspend or terminate access if:
you breach these Terms,
misuse content,
engage in unlawful behaviour.
12.2 Upon termination, access to digital content may be revoked.
We are not liable for delays or service interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, illness, or third-party platform outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
